The two door Sebring Window Regulators for the Convertible rear 1/4 windows are a common problem. It is a large assembly and there is a white plastic sleeve that the cable rips through OR the entire sleeve break. We can also provide used regulators. The new, OEM regulators do not include the motor and are much more expensive. The motor is seldom the problem.
The window switches are the problem 5-10% of the time. You can not pop off the switch without removing the door panel.
For the front windows the most common problem is the vertical track on the rear of the door (behind the door panel). If this is broken the glass may have trouble coming down at all. The window motor dies sometimes. A less common problem is one or both of the clips that are attached to the glass and bolted to the regulator arms separate at the weld in the middle of the clip. For this you will need to replace the actual glass with new clips attached. If this happens the glass will be going at an angle and you may end up bending the regulator arms as well.
