We will never charge for an estimate. Keep in mind we have seen the same problems over and over. Power Up can often quote an accurate price over the phone. Usually that will be the final price. If we find the repair may be more expensive you do not owe us a dime. We will provide a written estimate and you can have us do the work if you wish. Phone Advice is always FREE. Can Power Up Auto diagnose the problem over the phone?
Yes (or by email). Just need to know the year, make, and model. You will find specifics for many vehicles on the click to fix tab on this web site. A few general power window conditions, If you hear a crunching, grinding sound that stops after 8-12 seconds it might be a broken regulator (the cables that pull the window up and down on a metal crossbrace), If you depress the switch down and hear a click but hear nothing when you press the switch up it might be the actual switch (also, in most cases if one switch is bad neither switch will work). If you do not hear anything it might be the window motor. Remember, we can give an accurate price over the phone.
